The Drink That Never Dies.

I'm referring to the Brandy Alexander, of course! Pam, friend to my sister-in-law Michelle and hopeful matchmaker to my cousin Paul, finally had the fabled Brandy Alexander. Minutes after this post appeared Dexter (Pam's husband) called me to disavow this whole fix-up thing. "I had nothing to do with this!" he said. "I'm not involved." He sounded truly upset. Sadly, this makes the whole idea more interesting.

I wasn't upset. Just a little shocked that my wife has proven to be so, so, so full of intrigue.
